1.首先确认自己账号设置了个人ID
2.访问 web.telegram.org 登陆网页版TG；验证码非短信，(TG官方给你发了一条验证码消息在你的TG系统消息里)
3.选择 Settings - Privacy and security - Sensitive Content - 勾选 Disable filtering。如下图
